Eligibility & Documentation Checklist

Please review the requirements below and gather your documents before starting the application. Incomplete submissions may delay your approval.

1Eligibility Requirements

✓Products or services must align with women empowerment, fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
✓Vendor representative must be 18 years or older.
✓Must be available to vend during the full event: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM on September 12, 2026.
✓1 table and 1 chair will be provided. Outlets are limited.
✓All vendors must follow the event dress code: dress to impress, no sweats, fashionably and photo ready.
✓All vendor fees must be paid 24 hours before setup on the day of the event. If payment is not received by the deadline, your booth may be released to another vendor and your application may be cancelled.

2Required Documentation

✓Business name and primary contact information (email and phone).
✓Product photos or catalog showing what you plan to sell.
✓Website and active social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
